P0171 System too Lean bank 1, P1101, P22 O2 sensor signal biased / Stuck bank 1 sensor 2 – tech found PCV with excessive pressure – PCV system not working. PCV intergrated into valve cover. Advised to start with valve cover.

    • DTC in system -P0299 Engine Under Boost, P0325 Knock Sensor Circuit. P1101 Intake Air Flow System Performance. Tech cleared codes and test drove – P1101 code came back on test drive. Inspected BARO, Boost and Map Sensor readings on scanner KOEO – readings correlate – reading the same. Smoke tested intake / charger cooler and found leak at Hose from valve cover to turbo. Inspected PCV system and found vacuum pushing out of engine oil cap. Update to intake manifold. Advised to replace. Knock sensor code did not come back a this time -as per customer we will replace. At this time Turbo is working – may need repairs in future- Bad design.
    • When driving and turning left and hit a dip – can hear a noise…….squeaking noise
    • PCV Assembly – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Ignition Coils. Includes: R&I Fuel Rail. Includes: Drain and refill Cooling System.] – [Includes: Camshaft Covers on Over Head Cam Engines.]
    • Smoke Test Intake & Charger cooler
    • INTAKE MANIFOLD – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Cowl Top Panel.]
    • KNOCK SENSOR – Remove & Replace
    • Solder Connector to Knock Sensor

    • Tech found issue with clutch. – Clutch issue going into 1st and 3rd with clutch engaged. Shifter assembly moved freely with out clutch engaged. Fluid level ok – no leaking at this time. DTC in ECM not diagnosed at this time. P0101 Mass air flow sensor circuit out of range. Axle on left side leaking grease. Rear main seal leaking – engine oil low 1/2qt.

    • DTC in system – P018B – Fuel pressure sensor B Circuit Range Performance. P2635 Fuel Pump A Low Flow Performance. – Fuel trims at 15. Found fuel pressure sensor giving inaccurate reading -intermittent. Fuel pressure for fuel pump not to spec below. 38psi specs at idle should be from 43psi to 58psi. Fuel pressure drops.
