- tech found drain plug with silicone all over. Removed silicone and removed drain plug. NO issues found with drain plug – waS missing drain plug gasket. customer advised we cleaned off drain plug and put oil drain plug washer. – no leaking found. advised customer to keep an eye on oil leakage.
- -drain engine oil & refill with replacement of filter.
