- Tested battery and found ok at this time. Battery at 401CCA Rated at 600cca. Charging system no issues at this time. No load 14.06 volts. No codes in system. Test preformed drive cycle and when arrived at shop – vehicle shutting off at idle. Performed smoke test to engine.
- tech found leak at elbow off intake – and small leak at throttle body base. Replace elbow.
- after repairs tech reset obdii monitors.
- Tech found failure to idle control valve –
- to clean throttle & replace gasket (gasket leaking)
