battery light on. check engine light on. No diagnostic done at this time to check engine system – (dtc in system noted – P1217 Engine Temp Overheat, P0420 Catalytic efficiency low b1, P1615 NATS Malfunction, P1564 ASCD Switch voltage signal out of range. obdii permanent codes P0420, P1217. Tech found drive belt broken. Noise can be heard from tensioner pulley and noise heard on water pump pulley. Recommend replacement of both at this time. Valve cover gasket leaking – pcv part of valve cover -cover plastic. Recommend to replace to correct oil leaking.

DTC in system – P2a03 A/F Sensor 1 (B2) tech performed visual inspection to system – found large exhaust leak on dr side rear flange gasket. Pass side leaking also. Advised customer that exhaust leak next to o2 sensor needs to be repaired. Smoke test to intake system recommended – customer will bring back.
front brake pads at 8mm. Rotors at 1.250/1.250. Rear brake pads at 3mm. rotors at .780/.780. Brake fluid ok at this time.

tech removed rodent next from inside air filter housing area. Tech was not able to hear any noise at this time. Rodent nest removed first. Tech test drove vehicle several times with ac on and off -let vehicle sit in bay for 15min with ac on – test drove after with ac on and off. No noises heard at this time.
Front brake pads at 5mm, rotors measure 1.020/1.010 Rear brake pads at 2mm. (red) Rotors .620/.620 Min specs .551- Recommend service to rear at this time- per customer will replace rotors. Customer given option to turn / replace.
-drain engine oil & refill with replacement of filter.
DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both Sides – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]

Tech found rear main seal leaking – Advised to replace to correct – upon removal of rear main seal – tech advised customer that removing rear main seal plate we would have to remove silicone from engine oil pan – may possible leak. Gave customer price for replacement of oil pan with rear main seal . As per customer we will re-use engine oil and not change oil filter.
