Engine oil level very low on vehicle. – Not registering on dip stick. VVT solenoid tested power &ground no change in solenoid = failure. Smoke test on Evap system found filler neck leaking – tested purge solenoid – sticking at times.
    • FUEL TANK FILLER PIPE – Remove & Replace – F150 Rear,Two Piece Driveline,w/Skid Plate – [Includes: R&I Driveshaft.]
    • CANISTER PURGE SOLENOID – Remove & Replace – Purge Valve – [Includes: Validation with use of Scan Tool.] – [Includes: Component test.]

    • Includes replacement of tensioner & timing guide on pass side. Includes replacement of VVT Solenoid –during VVT replacement – tech found timing guide off trackRight side gear damaged – Most likely cause of failure was due to lack of oil in system.
    • Note: OBD Permanent code – P0016 Crankshaft Position -Camshaft Position Correlation B1SensorA – Vehicle will need to be driven for system to clear permanent code. Not all Monitors set at this time. – customer advised to bring back on Monday to have monitors checked for completion
