tech notes of several notes- 1st noise – Clutch – noise when clutch engaged. Rear end differential noise – fluid level low (leaking at cover & dr side axle seal) Metal on drain plug. ABS light on. Front wheel bearings -left and right side – play / vibration. Power steering pump leaking – return hose leaking. Lower control arm bushings broken. ABS light on.

Engine oil level very low on vehicle. – Not registering on dip stick. VVT solenoid tested power &ground no change in solenoid = failure. Smoke test on Evap system found filler neck leaking – tested purge solenoid – sticking at times.

CANISTER PURGE SOLENOID – Remove & Replace – Purge Valve – [Includes: Validation with use of Scan Tool.] – [Includes: Component test.]

Includes replacement of tensioner & timing guide on pass side. Includes replacement of VVT Solenoid –during VVT replacement – tech found timing guide off trackRight side gear damaged – Most likely cause of failure was due to lack of oil in system.
Note: OBD Permanent code – P0016 Crankshaft Position -Camshaft Position Correlation B1SensorA – Vehicle will need to be driven for system to clear permanent code. Not all Monitors set at this time. – customer advised to bring back on Monday to have monitors checked for completion
