Noise comes and goes when driving around 30mph. Noise only heard in drive
tech found lower motor mount missing bolt – bolt that customer provided. Motor mount saturated in engine oil – broken. Oil filter housing leaking engine oil. Engine oil low – sticker shows past due approx 3000miles. Power steering pump leaking – fluid level low. Axles left and right side boots torn and joint exposed.
ENGINE OIL FILTER HOUSING – Remove & Replace
-drain engine oil & refill with replacement of filter.
ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION MOUNT – Remove & Replace – One

can take up to an hour to not start. All started after message on dash for key battery – customer had key battery replaced. Message still comes up on dash. – Attempted to start vehicle and battery would not allow to charge system. Tested battery and found 229cca rated at 620cca.. Need to first replace battery and recheck system. tech found after battery replacement that key not working. Advised to replace key and program system

Replaced battery and retested – battery now good. Charging system checked -14.15 volts. Cranking for starter normal. Continued intermittent no start.
